  • Ground Beef, Fig Jam, Goat Cheese, Brioche Bun, Garlic Powder, Balsamic Vinegar, Onion Powder, Olive Oil, Pepper.

  • OVEN:

    1. Defrost the burgers overnight in the fridge or a few hours in cold water for best results.
    2. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
    3. Bake the burgers for 20 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F for safe consumption.
    4. During the last few minutes of cooking, warm your buns, spread the fig jam on the bun and assemble your burger.

    BBQ:

    1. Defrost the burgers overnight in the fridge or a few hours in cold water for best results.
    2. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
    3. Grill the burgers for 6 minutes, rotating them once.
    4. During the last few minutes of grilling, warm your buns, spread the fig jam on the bun and assemble your burger.
