Chicken Chipotle Tortilla Soup

Avocado, Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Clinatro 

Pressure Cooker

1. Thaw the meal pack and Mix Kit avocado overnight or for a few hours in cold water.
2. Dump pack contents into Instant Pot and add 1.5 cups of water, mix well.
3. Cook for 9 minutes at high pressure, then allow 10 minutes for natural release. The internal temp of your chicken should be 165°F.
4. Garnish soup with tortilla strips and enjoy!

Slow Cooker

1. Thaw the meal pack and Mix Kit avocado overnight or for a few hours in cold water.
2. Dump pack contents into Instant Pot and add 1.5 cups of water, mix well.
3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. The internal temp of your chicken should be 165°F.
4. Garnish soup with tortilla strips and enjoy!
