Instant Pot

1. Thaw the meal pack overnight or for a few hours in cold water.
2. Dump the meal pack contents into your Instant Pot. Cook for 9 minutes at high pressure, then allow 10 minutes for natural release.
3. Gather taco shells, cheese
4. Add Instant Pot mixture into taco shells, and top with cheese.

Slow Cooker

1. Thaw the meal pack overnight or for a few hours in cold water.
2. Dump the meal pack contents into your slow cooker.
3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours.
4. Gather taco shells, cheese
5. Add slow cooker mixture into taco shells, and top with cheese.
