At Insta Chef, we believe that sharing a meal together is one of life's greatest gifts. It's what makes us human and allows us to authentically connect with others. That's why we created our meal prep service, which not only provides delicious, healthy meals but also helps bring people together.

Before Insta Chef, we were both working long hours and trying to balance planning a wedding. We didn't have the time to cook every day, and meal prepping on Sundays became a necessity. However, as much as we enjoyed the convenience, eating the same meals week after week and spending all of our Sundays in the kitchen began to take a toll.
 

That's when we challenged ourselves to figure out a better way. We discovered the power of freezer meals allowing us connect with others over homemade dinners without the stress of cooking.
